Making changes
*

Hello and welcome to our first newsletter of 2005. While January is the month to set your goals for the year, February is the month to really focus on your vision. It’s the time of year to start transforming your life. Every month here at Seednetwork.com we’ll be centring on a theme and this month’s is about clearing the clutter and making a fresh start. If you’re looking to make changes, big or small, to your life, but don’t know where to start our Seed Exercises will help you to tune into your passions and find a focus.

There’s lots of exciting new Seed courses and workshops coming up this year, so expect to hear from us regularly. I’m particularly excited about our new Seed retreats to be held in my beautiful home in Deia, Mallorca. In the meantime, please visit and bookmark our re-launched website, seednetwork.com, your virtual-home. If you’re looking for inspiration and motivation, make your first stop our new community board. It’s the place to be!

Looking forward to seeing you in the garden.
Love, Lynne

Seed news

The Seed Enterprise Programme is growing all the time. Last week we successfully launched our Leicestershire programme. Over 70 people came along to the launch making it a busy, fun and informative event. Thanks to all of you who came. This month Seed starts a new project working with disadvantaged women in partnership with the London charity Training for Life and funded by the London Development Agency.

Looking for inspiration?

On a bleak wintery day it’s often a struggle to get motivated and many of us find lounging in front of the TV with a bar of chocolate more appealing than tackling that pile of urgent paperwork. As Seed member Gloria wisely says: 'You can be successful or you can make excuses, you can’t do both'. If you’re looking for inspiration or have a favourite phrase or thought to share please post it to the community board.

Seed debate – climate change

We know that the world is in trouble. Global warming is reaching near critical levels and we’re at risk of irreversibly damaging the environment. In the first of our regular debates, this month we’re asking all our Seed community to share with us what they are doing to help save the planet. Whether it’s making a trip to the bottle bank, to walking to work or choosing eco-friendly household products, whatever you do we want to hear from you. Please join in our debate and share your eco-conscious solutions.

Seed creative retreats

If you’re looking for a creative break, the Seed Retreat could be the answer. For the first time Lynne Franks will be hosting a week long creative retreat this May in Deia, Mallorca. Interested? Find out more
