I started my SEED Journey in 2003: I wanted to opt out of the Corporate World and needed ‘something’ to help me make the jump. I was inspired after hearing Lynne Franks speak at an exhibition in London so joined her on a SEED Empowerment Day. I found my courage on that day and within months had made that ‘jump’. So far on my SEED Journey, I have set-up six SEED Circles and trained as a SEED Coach. As a SEED’Preneur, I worked with 250+ women in the London Borough of Croydon, inspiring them to ‘be the person they were born to be’. Now as a SEED Leader, I deliver the SEED Women into Enterprise (WiE) Programme and SEED Coach Training where fantastic women motivate me to continue nurturing my SEED Garden.
Previously to becoming self-employed, I worked in Marketing, Sales and Brand roles in the F.M.C.G. and Leisure sectors. My most recent employment (lasting 10 years) was as a Director of LA Fitness the no.1 health & fitness operator in Europe. I worked directly with the founder of the company since it’s inception in August 1996, as the company’s Brand & Marketing Director. During this time, I was voted ‘Marketing Genius’ in the Leisure Industry, three years in succession.
Since 2003 I have been self-employed as a freelance Marketing Consultant working with clients such as Croydon Enterprise/Business, ADD Leisure Plc, University College School, Hampstead and SEED. In November 2005, I added an additional business to my portfolio, when I set-up ActivKids Ltd with two business partners. ActivKids Ltd is a master franchise operation specialising in getting kids active.
I’m focused and driven with a high energy level and am always results orientated. I’m fun, friendly and do business with a smile. I enjoy Running and Zumba to keep fit, and am part of a Handicraft group. My Husband Paul is my biggest fan and together we have two wonderful daughters; Dara (who is 5) and Erin (who is 2). My motto is “to live life smiling”.

Accredited in 2008 as a Pioneer SEED coach and SEED circle leader, I am now a SEED Lead coach and facilitator. I currently work with Lynne Franks as part of the SEED team, to further develop the brand and to co-deliver the coaching programme with Zoe O’Donnell.
I am a highly skilled coach, change facilitator, trainer and leader of collaborative partnerships across organisations. I build effective relationships at individual, group and organizational levels. I began my career as a psychology lecturer, as well as teaching myself management skills which enabled me to work in diverse sectors in the UK, Europe and N. America, such as Human Resources, IT, Environmental Conservation, Further and Higher Education, Health and Social Care. Now a consultant, in my previous 10 year role as leader of a complex partnership of organisations across the SE of England, I was praised for my inspirational leadership and ethical professional standards which created and sustained highly successful collaborative projects.
I am passionate about a values-led approach to relationships in business and in our personal lives. I work on the principle that it is never too late to be fully who you can be, and I encourage each person to find her own unique style and voice. In my coaching practice, I create an environment where clients feel safe to explore professional and personal issues, enabling positive, life-enhancing solutions. Clients say that they leave my sessions feeling uplifted and inspired. As a trainer and change facilitator, I use a range of change strategies to develop deepening understanding and empowerment.
I have worked as a facilitator of change for many years. In 2006, I completed an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies, gaining further practitioner experience in NLP, TA, gestalt and psychosynthesis. I am a certified 'Heal Your Life' trainer and have taken advanced study in Brandon Bays’ journey work. I work with integrity, intuition, and humour.
I have two children, Alice Osborne, a nursery school assistant who has overcome immense difficulties to live the life she loves, and Keven Osborne, an amazing wildlife photographer and world traveller. My children are my teachers.

Katie, based in Somerset, knows all about juggling the pressures of work and home life as she has 2 children under 10, as well as starting a new business with her husband and holding down a full time job!
Katie is a qualified Seed Coach with over 20years experience in the public sector with direct experience of customer relations. She is qualified in Learning and Development as well as Business Development. She has experience is Change Management programmes and the merging of companies.
Her interests now lie in supporting women in their business ventures whether starting up or newly formed. In the past she has run a successful pet food delivery business and Animal Behaviour clinic, having worked for over 20 years with horses and dogs with training and behavioural problems. She is now establishing a rural animal business on land she owns as well as a tree surgery business in partnership with her husband.
Katie currently works as a Security advisor for DWP on building security, staff awareness, protection of information and risk assessment.
In her spare time she can be found up to her eyes in mud, usually most of the year due to living on the Somerset Levels, with her horses and dogs. She has owned horses most of her life and is currently enjoying her new recruit to the family, an eight month old colt. Also she loves to spend time with her family and socialising with friends. She always organises big summer and Christmas parties to see all the people she loves under one roof.

How did I get here?
By trial and error. I don't hold myself up as having "got it", as I have faced challenges and obstacles, just like you have, to being here today. I have worked as a professional fundraiser, trainer and holistic healer, and in my personal life have struggled with, and moved on from, my own issues. The phrase "You are an unfinished work of art" resonates with me. We are each constantly evolving and growing and I feel it is an honour to witness someone else taking those steps towards fulfilling potentiality.

Lynn is a highly effective and experienced coach. After reading History at Reading University Lynn began her career in Retail Management, moved into pensions consultancy and then pursued a highly successful career in Human Resources working in diverse sectors such as Defence, IT, financial services, and social housing. Lynn has 20 years experience in professional and personal development as a trainer, group facilitator, therapist and coach.
Lynn has held a lifelong interest in people, what motivates them and how they grow. Lynn engages her clients with intuitive empathy, rigorous clarity and a thorough grasp of what makes people tick. In a safe, insightful and challenging environment clients explore their blocks and enablers, mobilising their energy and resources to achieve what they really want. As well as being an accredited pioneer Seed Coach Lynn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Master Certificate in Behavioural Coaching, has trained in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and is currently completing an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy.
After 15 years of working in the Human Resources world of Financial Services, I took the leap to set up my own business "Another Journey Begins". During my "corporate" world I had the opportunity to work out in Japan, Europe and the USA and love building and encouraging relationships around the globe. I have also presented at various National conferences throughout the UK too. My involvement with SEED (a business start-up programme for women) and Lynne Franks has allowed my values of responsibility, sharing, growth, fun, being outrageous and doing something different to shine. My passion to help and empower others has been accentuated with my work on the SEED Women's Enterprise Training Programme and SEED Coaching Programme.
I enjoyed fitness so much I qualified as an Exercise to Music Instructor and used to run 3 classes a week as well as hold down a full time job in London. I also qualified as a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) Instructor so teach people to ride motorbikes (in my spare time). After holding down 3 jobs and working 7 days a week I know only too well that the body will tell you enough is enough. I now focus on merging the Mind, Body and Spirit in all the work I do. My philosophy - live life to the full, be high on life.

I have borrowed the words of an unknown priest who wrote these words in a letter to a friend in 1513. This beautiful letter has within it a message to all of us to seek the best there is of life, to appreciate what we have in our present and to increase even our joys to a higher level.
When we remove our masks we will find that we are already that very person we desire to be. But to do this we need courage and sometimes a helping hand. As your SEED Coach I want to be that 'helping hand'.
As long ago as 1978 I began my career in the UK music business, primarily in artist management. I was fortunate enough to work for many years with a series of talented and credible artists such as Chrissie Hynde, Morrissey, Phil Collins, Nigel Kennedy and Peter Gabriel. I believe I made a significant contribution to their professional lives as they did to my own. Unknowingly I feel I learnt then some of the fundamental qualities required becoming a successful SEED coach.
I have been an agent and manager of dancers, choreographers and musicians but I was not born confident and for several years have enjoyed seminars, books and programmes on personal development. When I met Lynne Franks and received from her a gift of the SEED Handbook, I was completely able to connect with the SEED Vision; I became part of SEED and contributed through various roles, including operations director. I am now a SEED Ambassador; I remain committed to the development of SEED programmes and have worked on behalf of SEED with the Prince's Trust, in prisons and for my local authority in South London.
My lovely husband and I are also working on realizing our own entrepreneurial ambitions in Nigeria and the UK but wherever I am in the world being a SEED coach is an essential part of me. I am that 'helping hand'.

Niki's knowledge and strengths in business development, marketing and sales combined with her deep knowledge of personal growth and coaching provides great insight and support for clients starting and running their own businesses.
Through her company CassidyCAN, Niki works primarily with women, assisting them with their businesses plans at the same time as helping them to discover and expand their life purpose, goals and unique positioning. Niki's approach combines a range of coaching techniques to create passionate and yet realistic visions and the ability to remove the barriers which get in the way of success.
Niki has a freshness and lightness in her coaching approach - always working deeply with the client to find out what works best for them. Her energy, expertise, inspiration and business know-how brings a unique approach to individuals.
Having changed my career 3 times in 21 years I know something of having a portfolio career. I began as a film maker, until my Dad got sick of me and my starving artist persona, then became a truck driver - where I made more money than all of the men in my life at that time. I found interest in becoming a body worker (a masseuse) and currently work at The Priory more latterly I work as a Seed Coach working with women, which is work I find happy fulfilling and allows me to grow. This all supports me and is in turn supported by my work as an Interfaith Minister, where I preside over births, deaths, marriages and blessings of all descriptions. What each component has in common is service and community to humankind on this lovely blue ball we call Earth.
I know the challenges that our egos, family and saboteurs can through into our paths. As a coach I would love to help you and your business create an environment were you can take root and grow. I have worked with all types of clients including graduates, ex-pats and, in particular, women returners and career changers. My current focus is working with women who are in transition and looking to find meaning in their own lives by living according to their own values including starting their own business (often social/community enterprises).
