SEED is a unique tried and tested methodology, where women from all backgrounds and cultures are given the personal and professional tools to create their own enterprise or work with others in social enterprise within their community.
If you have experience in training and coaching; see yourself as a leader of women's groups, teaching the SEEDWorks modules in an interactive, engaging workshop format, together with one-to-one coaching, you could become a SEED Associate.
As a SEED Associate, you will be fully trained, coached by experts and supported by a central team.You will also have strong marketing and PR support from a top team of specialists, alongside intensive and widespread online activity.
You will have the realistic earning opportunity of a basic £22,000 p.a. working part-time and could achieve a basic £65,000 p.a. working full-time, running your own SEED circles. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with your local further educational colleges and public sector enterprise support agencies, marketing and delivering the SEED blended learning Women Into Enterprise Programme.
There are many additional revenue streams available including SEED product sales, holding SEED events, marketing SEED on-line activities, additional specialist coaching and corporate leadership work. Plus the further opportunity of becoming a regional leader to other SEED Associates.
