Taking part in a SEED Experience Day is a dynamic opportunity for you to experience growth, discovery and transformation both personally and professionally.
From clearing your clutter to envisioning your future: Gain clarity through re-assessing your own values and your individual life purpose in the company of like-minded women supported through Lynne's creative leadership and inspirational guidance.
If you are becoming a SEED Coach, this day is an inspirational precursor to your training. You will deepen your understanding of the SEED principles and get to speak with Lynne or the SEED Team in depth about your next seed coaching steps.
Remember the time when the world was your oyster and everything was possible. When the energy and enthusiasm of childhood and youth meant that the future was unlimited and you could conquer any challenges that come your way. Well, those days can still be yours. You may not claim back the physical years but you can still have that feeling that life is full of potential and excitement.

Create an action plan to clear the emotional and physical clutter that is blocking your life progress
Examine the areas to improve your physical and spiritual well-being
